If an item is displayed as available on backorder, that means it is currently out of stock but either is in the process of being made for inventory or made upon order. Feel free to contact us for ETA on any product or order.
Shipping Methods
STETTA offers shipping via UPS only for domestic and international services. Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Freight shipping is used for bulk purchase.

Damaged/Lost Shipment
If an item in your order becomes lost or damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately, and be sure to keep all original items, shipping and packing materials that were included as evidence. STETTA is not liable for denied claims due to customer negligence.
